our method

Our journey together starts by analyzing your current performance status and your abilities. Then we make a plan with set targets, based on your individual results and needs. You will know which position, which league and what type of game you should be focusing in the future.
Now it’s time to put the plan into action. We are strong believers of a holistic training approach. In order to truly improve we need to sync together your mental and physical performance. You learn how to improve your mental concentration and maintain high motivation for training. We teach you what to eat, when to rest and how to train to match the demands of a highly performing athlete.
We make sure you get a fair chance to show your skills in front of the right people. With us you become visible and have the opportunity to make new important contacts. You won’t be left on your own after you’ve completed the program. We will be monitoring and coaching you remotely for 12 months by using the latest online and mobile tools.

Our Programs

You train, eat and sleep like a pro. You live a daily life of a professional athlete. During this journey, you learn to take responsibility of your own development and to use all the latest tools required to support your progress. You will be part of our partner team. You train with them and you play with them.

4 weeks – Performance Booster

You learn to take responsibility of your own performance development. You learn which steps to take in your life to reach your maximum in the sport you love.

Our 4-week program content:

  • Physical performance tests and analysis
  • Personal physical performance development program
  • Improve your skills and knowledge of the game
  • Career planning course and CV
  • Learn to cook and eat like an athlete
  • Learn to use the latest sports technology
  • Learn to be a real team player
  • 3 month remote coaching
12 weeks – Reach Your Max!

After the program, you know how to improve your performance and live like a professional athlete. You will know what is your max and how to reach it.

Our 12 week program content:

  • Physical performance tests and analysis
  • Personal physical performance development program
  • Neurophysiological tests and analysis
  • Personal mental strength development program
  • Complete personal career plan, CV and highlights
  • Test match + video analysis
  • Improve your skills and knowledge of the game
  • European standard degree in youth coaching: Learn to pass your knowledge to young players and learn to
    start a youth team
  • Learn to cook and eat like an athlete
  • Learn to use the latest sports technology
  • Learn to be a real team player
  • English language course
  • 12 month remote coaching
